01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 365cuc website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance takes effect from the first time you use our platform, whether you have registered an account or are simply browsing the platform's content.

365cuc reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or in-platform notifications when material changes occur. It is your responsibility as a user to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

02 User Eligibility

To register and use 365cuc services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• An individual who is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not being on a self-exclusion list or gambling cessation program administered by any relevant authority.
• Not being located in a territory or country that specifically prohibits online gambling activities.
• Using legitimate personal funds and not money derived from illegal activities.

365cuc reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Users found not meeting these eligibility requirements will have their accounts suspended and any account balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the 365cuc platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and the platform reserves the right to close all accounts involved without any compensation to the user.

During registration, you are required to:

• Setting a strong, unique password for your account — we recommend a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

05 Bonuses & Promotions

The general terms applicable to all 365cuc bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 365cuc platform are subject to the following general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except under specific circumstances such as match cancellation or a technical fault verified by the platform.
• 365cuc reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any wager suspected of involving fraud, market manipulation, or exploitation of odds errors.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption affecting betting outcomes, 365cuc reserves the right to make a final decision based on available system records.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed for each betting market and are subject to change at the platform's discretion.
• All betting outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform system, except in cases where an appeal is successfully substantiated with strong evidence.

07 Prohibited Activities

Users of the 365cuc platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Fraud & Manipulation — including providing false information during registration, manipulating game results, or deceiving the platform's systems in any way.
• Money Laundering — using the platform to transfer or conceal funds obtained from illegal activities.
• Bot & Automated Software Use — using any software, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform without written permission.
• Bug Exploitation — exploiting any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts — registering or using more than one account, whether directly or through a representative.
• Cyber Attacks — any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems and infrastructure.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

365cuc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document or related platform policies.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

09 Personal Data Protection

12 Amendments & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
